Our Grand Opening in Boca Raton Was One for the Books
What a day. What a community. What a beginning.
Our grand opening at Greens and Grains Boca Raton was everything we dreamed of and more. From sunrise smoothies to an all-day celebration, Royal Palm Place was filled with energy, music, movement, and plant-based goodness. Most of all, it was filled with people who showed up to welcome us with open arms.
A Patio Party to Remember
We kicked off the celebration with an outdoor class led by Pure Barre Boca right on our patio. Seeing the space come alive with movement, strength, and community spirit set the tone for the entire day. It was the perfect reflection of what Greens and Grains is all about: wellness, connection, and feeling good inside and out.
The vibes only got better from there.
A live DJ kept the energy high while guests enjoyed their meals, connected with friends, and explored everything we had going on throughout the space.

Every corner of the restaurant had something happening, and the joy in the room was undeniable.
200+ Guests on Day One
We proudly served over 200 guests on our very first day. From longtime plant-based eaters to curious first timers, the support from the Boca community was overwhelming in the best way.
One of the most common things we heard all day was
“This is exactly what this area needed.”
That meant the world to us. Our mission has always been to make plant-based food approachable, satisfying, and available to everyone. Hearing that echoed back by our new neighbors was incredibly special.
